There’s no substitute for stepping inside a Kendrick home.

Choosing a new home is as much about how a space feels as how it looks on paper. While floorplans and imagery play their part, nothing compares to walking through a finished home, understanding how rooms connect, how light moves through the space, and how the details come together in real life.

Across our developments, we offer a carefully considered mix of show homes, which are fully furnished and styled, and view homes, which are complete and ready to explore without furniture. Together, they offer a clear and honest insight into the quality, specification and design that define a Kendrick home.

With several of our developments located within reasonable travelling distance of one another, many visitors choose to view more than one site in a single trip, seeing homes at different stages and in different settings.

Maypole Place, Evesham

At Maypole Place, visitors can explore two finished view homes, offering the opportunity to experience the homes exactly as they are built, without distraction.

The Edgcote is a thoughtfully designed two bedroom bungalow that demonstrates how single-storey living can feel both spacious and refined. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the heart of the home, opening out towards the garden and creating a natural flow for everyday life. Two well-proportioned bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with ensuite, are complemented by generous storage and a contemporary family bathroom, making the layout practical as well as comfortable.

Alongside this sits The Lowther, a larger detached, four bedroom family home designed with flexibility in mind. The kitchen and dining space is arranged for both everyday living and entertaining, supported by a separate utility room, while a welcoming living room provides a quieter retreat. Upstairs, the bedrooms are generously sized, with an ensuite to the main bedroom and a high-quality finish carried throughout.

Together, these homes allow visitors to focus on room proportions, natural light and specification, from kitchens and bathrooms to flooring, heating systems and finishes.

Crickley Fields, Brockworth

Crickley Fields offers a slightly different perspective, allowing visitors to see how a development evolves over time. Our original show home, The Cranham, has now sold but remains available to view (we do still have other Cranham houses available!) , providing a valuable opportunity to see an established home within a maturing community.

Later this winter, we’ll be opening a new show home at the development. The Dereham, Plot 11, will become our latest furnished show home towards the end of February, giving visitors the chance to compare a newly styled home with one that reflects how spaces are lived in day to day.

This combination makes Crickley Fields particularly worthwhile to visit, offering insight into both design intent and real-world living within the same development.

Cygnets Rest, Drakes Broughton

At Cygnets Rest, visitors are welcomed into The Kingston, our current four bedroom show home. This home has been styled to reflect relaxed family living, with clearly defined yet well-connected spaces.

The kitchen and dining area forms a natural hub, while the living room benefits from generous proportions and natural light. Upstairs, the bedrooms are arranged to offer both privacy and comfort, all finished to our usual specification. Set within a village-led development, the show home also helps visitors understand how the home sits within its surroundings.

Seeing more than one development in a single visit

Many of our show and view homes are located within easy travelling distance of one another, making it possible to visit multiple developments in one day. Doing so allows buyers to compare layouts, specification and settings side by side, whether that’s bungalow living versus two-storey homes, village locations versus market towns, or finished homes against furnished show homes. We’ll shortly be opening additional view homes at Severn Meadows, Upton-upon-Severn, and Ambridge Fields, Inkberrow, creating even more opportunities to experience finished Kendrick homes across the region.

Plan your visit

Whether you’re at the very start of your search or refining your final decision, visiting a show or view home can make all the difference. Our sales teams will be happy to help you plan your visits and suggest the best combination of developments to see.

Seeing a Kendrick home in person is often the moment everything falls into place.
