Our homes of today – designed from start to finish by our in-house design team – are informed by our heritage and are married with an interior style which evolves with the demands of modern living.
Our developments have ranged from Cotswold Stone cottages and Tudor-style mansions to oak-fronted barns and modern townhouses. Our focus is on small and medium sized sites in order to foster a closer community feel and to celebrate the individual style of each home.
The Kendrick finish

Fitted wardrobes, bathrooms by Villeroy & Boch and Grohe, thoughtfully landscaped and freshly turfed gardens and high-end fitted appliances all form part of the standard Kendrick Specification in every home. Your home is ready for you the day you move in.
We design and build flexible and considered rooms that can be furnished in any number or ways and used for different purposes. We build the house, you make it a home.
Building homes with character is important to our design process. Over the years our homes have been enhanced by bespoke wine rooms and walk-in larders, handmade marble fireplaces, solid oak staircases and “work from home hubs.”

As a family run business, we take great pride in delivering our Kendrick standard on each and every home.
Prior to handover, a Kendrick Homes director will personally inspect and sign off your property.
NHBC warranty cover is for 10 years, the first 2 years are covered by Kendrick Homes by way of our after sales defects service, the remaining 8 years are covered by NHBC (major structural only).

We take the impact our homes have on the environment and communities we build in seriously and we are continually looking for ways to enhance the legacy of the places we create.
Every new home benefits from modern insulation, heating and water saving technology. In addition, over 20% of all homes built in the last two years included PV solar panels and air source heat pumps, a proportion which continues to rise.
Further to each development’s thoughtful landscaping, we now plant an additional ten trees offsite for every home we build, raising the offset of each home’s carbon footprint.
