Our teams will be taking a short pause to spend time with family and recharge, and we look forward to being back and ready to welcome visitors in the new year.
Support during the closure period
We know that urgent issues don’t always wait for office hours. For that reason, our emergency cover for existing homeowners will remain in place throughout the festive period.
Davies Emergency Response (NPA24:7) will be available from 5:00pm on Friday 19th December until 9:00am on Monday 5th January, providing 24-hour assistance for genuine emergencies.
Housing Association customers should continue to contact their HA or landlord directly.
Closing out the year
This year has been defined by steady progress, strong customer feedback and continued investment in the places we build. Across our developments, we’ve welcomed new homeowners, delivered completed sites and continued to focus on build quality, aftercare and support long term happy homeowners.
Alongside this, our commitment to local communities and the environment has remained a constant. From our ongoing partnership with the National Forest — planting a tree for every home we build — to our festive charity initiative supporting local causes, giving back continues to sit naturally alongside what we do.
Looking ahead
The new year brings fresh opportunities, new developments and further launches across the Midlands. Planning is already well underway, and we’re looking forward to sharing more in the months ahead.
