The helpline gives first time buyers the opportunity to speak directly with Head of Sales Kirsty Darby, who brings more than 25 years of experience helping people take their first step onto the property ladder. Whether you’re ready to buy now or just exploring your options, we’re here to talk things through and help you understand what might be possible.
While we build homes across our developments, we also recognise that uncertainty around buying your first property is a wider industry challenge. For that reason, the helpline is open to all first time buyers, not just those considering a Kendrick home.
Alongside the helpline, we’ve also created a series of short “how-to” videos covering some of the most common first time buyer questions, helping explain the process in a clear and practical way.
