That’s why we’ve introduced Home Hold Plus, a new approach designed to give you the confidence to move forward, even before your existing property is sold. Available on selected homes at our developments in Inkberrow and Upton upon Severn, Home Hold Plus allows you to secure your chosen Kendrick Home while your current property is marketed, removing the pressure of having to sell first.
How it works
- Once you’ve chosen your new home, we’ll hold it for six weeks while your existing property is actively marketed.
- During this time, your home is positioned correctly in the market, with pricing reviewed at key points to encourage a sale. You remain in control of your move, with the benefit of knowing your new home is already secured.
- If your property sells within the six-week period, you simply proceed as normal.
- If it doesn’t, Kendrick Homes will step in and purchase your property, allowing you to move forward without delay.
