Our sales offices will be closed on Sunday 15th March as our team spend time with their families for Mother’s Day. We look forward to welcoming visitors back from Monday 16th March, when normal opening hours resume across our developments.

New Show Homes Launching – 28th March
Two new show homes will open their doors on 28th March, offering visitors the chance to experience the quality and detail of a Kendrick home in person.
At Upton-upon-Severn, our latest show home will showcase the design approach and specification that runs throughout the development, with carefully considered layouts and finishes throughout.
At Ambridge Fields, Inkberrow, a brand-new show home will also open, giving buyers a clear sense of how these homes live day-to-day within one of Worcestershire’s most sought-after village settings.
Both show homes will provide an opportunity to walk through the homes, explore the specification and speak with our team about the properties currently available.
Open Weekend – 11th & 12th April
Following the show home launches, Kendrick Homes will host an Open Weekend across all developments on 11th and 12th April, with show homes open from 10am to 4pm.
The weekend is designed to give buyers the time and space to explore our developments, meet the team and understand the different homes currently available. With a number of properties now ready for occupation, visitors can see exactly what is available and discuss timelines that may suit their circumstances.
