To allow our hardworking team a well-deserved rest – our head office and sales centres will be having a break this Christmas. The closure will affect both the head office and sales centres, with varying reopening dates to ensure everyone has ample time to celebrate and recharge!
Head Office Closure:
Kendrick Homes’ head office will close its doors on Friday, 22nd December 2023, at 5:00 pm, spreading holiday cheer until the office reopens on Monday, 8th January 2024, at 9:00 am.
Sales Centres Closure:
Sales centres will follow suit, closing from Friday, 22nd December 2023, and welcoming customers once again on Friday, 5th January 2024, starting at 10:00 am.
While Kendrick Homes takes this time to celebrate the festivities, the company understands that homeowners may encounter issues during the holiday period. To ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly, Kendrick Homes has partnered with Davies Emergency Response (NPA24:7) to provide a 24-hour service for current homeowners.
The emergency response service will be available from 5:00 pm on Friday, 22nd December 2023, and will continue to operate seamlessly until 9:00 am on Monday, 8th January 2024. Homeowners are encouraged to reach out to NPA24:7 for any urgent matters requiring immediate attention during this period.
