Christmas Opening Hours
- Head Office: Closed from Friday, 20th December, reopening on Monday, 6th January.
- Developments in Minsterley, Keresley, Welford-on-Avon, Offenham, and Shurdington: Closed from 20th December, reopening on Saturday, 4th January.
- Owlswick: Closed from Monday, 16th December, reopening on Saturday, 4th January.

While Kendrick Homes takes this time to celebrate the festivities, the company understands that homeowners may encounter issues during the holiday period. To ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly, Kendrick Homes has partnered with Davies Emergency Response (NPA24:7) to provide a 24-hour service for current homeowners. The emergency response service will be available from 5:00 pm on Friday, 20th December 2024, and will continue to operate seamlessly until 9:00 am on Monday, 6th January 2025. Homeowners are encouraged to reach out to NPA24:7 for any urgent matters requiring immediate attention during this period. All Housing Association occupiers should contact their HA/Landlords direct

Our commitment to giving back has also been stronger than ever. This year, we planted our 650th tree in the National Forest, symbolising our dedication to sustainability. December alone saw us donating £3,000 to good causes, and we continued to support local communities through raising, giving, and volunteering efforts.
