New Show Home Launches at Cygnets Rest in Drakes Broughton

We’ve opened the doors to our brand new show home at Cygnets Rest, Drakes Broughton, introducing Plot 46, The Henley. A beautifully designed four bedroom detached home that gives visitors a chance to experience Kendrick living first hand.

Our original show home at Cygnets Rest quickly found a buyer, so we’ve moved into something new and The Henley brings a fresh take on modern family living. From the moment you walk through the door, it’s a home designed around how people really live today, balancing open space with quieter corners and practical flexibility.

The new show home has been carefully styled to help bring the layout to life. A spacious lounge offers a more relaxed retreat, while a downstairs study creates dedicated work from home space. The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen, dining and family area — a bright, sociable room with a large island, generous dining space and comfortable seating area, designed for everyday life as much as entertaining.

Upstairs, The Henley continues to impress. Bedroom one includes a feature dressing room and ensuite, while bedroom two also benefits from its own ensuite and fitted wardrobes. Two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the layout, creating space that can adapt as families grow and change.

The interiors throughout Plot 46 have been finished in a warm, contemporary style with layered textures, soft neutral tones and rich accent colours. From statement artwork and elegant lighting to the carefully dressed bedrooms and spacious kitchen styling, every room has been designed to help visitors picture themselves at home.

Cygnets Rest itself offers more than just the homes. Surrounded by open space, mature trees and natural ponds, the development has been designed to sit comfortably within its surroundings while giving homeowners room to breathe.

Our sales centre is open Thursday to Monday, 10am–4pm, and visitors are invited to come and explore The Henley for themselves. Sometimes floorplans only tell part of the story — stepping inside is where a house starts to feel like home.
